Frequently Asked Questions
What does the three-piece set include and what are the individual candle dimensions?
The set comprises three square paraffin wax candles in heights of 15 cm, 12.5 cm, and 10 cm, each fitted with a soft glue flame in warm white. Every candle is battery-operated via 2 AA batteries, which are not included in the carton. Contact our sales team with your specifications if you need a different height combination, a single-unit SKU, or an alternative wax color.
How does the soft glue flame effect work and what power source does each candle use?
The soft glue flame is an LED element seated at the wick area that produces a warm white, realistic flicker with no open flame or significant heat output. Each candle runs on 2 AA batteries; the controller type (on/off switch, dimming, timer) can be customized. Contact our sales team with your specifications if you require a particular controller configuration or a different flame color temperature.
What is the retail and shipping packaging configuration per carton?
Each three-piece set is packed in one shelf-ready inner box, and 16 sets are packed per carton measuring 53 × 34 × 44 cm. The inner box is designed for direct retail display without additional assembly. Contact our sales team with your specifications if you need custom-printed boxes, a different carton quantity, or a revised outer-box dimension for your freight lane.
Can we OEM or ODM this model with our own branding, packaging, and controller?
Yes, YScandle supports OEM and ODM on this product, including custom flame color, wax tint, controller function, and printed inner-box artwork with your logo. You may also request a modified set composition or a different square base dimension. Contact our sales team with your specifications and target quantity to receive a tailored quote and sample arrangement.
What safety and compliance considerations apply, and what are the primary retail use cases?
The flameless LED design eliminates open-flame and wax-drip hazards, making the set suitable for home decor, hospitality, events, and seasonal retail displays in indoor settings. The paraffin wax body is non-toxic and the electrical components are low-voltage. Contact our sales team with your specifications if you require CE, RoHS, or other regional compliance documentation for your target market.
